The 4-CH DVR has an internal hard disk storage slot that keeps CCTV camera recording for quick playback when need be. Ordinarily, the DVR has a single SATA interface with capability to support 6TB capacity internal storage hard disk.
Be that as it may, the 6TB hard disk can store HD quality camera recordings for up to 2 to 3 months. Memory rewrite will automatically begin the moment internal hard disk becomes full. Thus older recordings will be deleted to create space for the most current recordings.
Hikvision video compression technology
The Hikvision video compression technology improves video capture and recording speeds even as it ensures efficient usage of the available storage space. What is more, when the 1080P lite feature is turned on, the video quality still remains at 1080P.
